Q. Is it safe to place orders over the internet?
A. Our website is completely secure to accept on-line credit/debit card payments via PayPal.
Payment Methods
The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Visa. All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers.
Q. How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
A. Small format print orders are usually dispatched within 4 days if received by 4pm Monday to Friday. Most UK customers receive their order next week following dispatch. Larger orders and those with special instructions may require more time.
Q. Will the prints fade over a period of time?
A. No, we use professional grade photographic material which prevents the fading of colours.
Q. What if I am not happy with my items?
A. We will always try to get your order correct and will re-send an item if you return it to us. However, if you are still not happy, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Q. Do you charge to attend an event?
A. In most cases, we do not charge to cover sporting events. For corporate parties and weddings email us for our latest prices
Q. Can you help us raise funds for our charity?
A. Yes we can, our services are ideal for charities. We can offer a package which will help raise funds for your charity.
Q. What if I don't wish to place an order online ?
A. You may place your order over the phone or you can send your order in the post.
Q. How much is Delivery?
A. We use first class post by default for UK orders and Air Mail for overseas orders up to 2kg in weight. FedEx International Priority shipping is available for orders over 2kg. The shopping basket will show the shipping charge for your order.
Any order for UK delivery valued at more than GBP30.00 is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon receipt. If your order weighs over 1.5kg then it will be sent by overnight courier. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the items.
Q. How long do you keep photos for ?
A. All images are archived on DVDs for 2 years.
Q. Are all prices inclusive of VAT?
A. Yes, all quoted prices on our website are inclusive of
VAT at the current rate.
